Terms of Service
Effective date: February 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AdFlow website at adflow.co and any video ad creation services we provide (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
AdFlow is operated by Ylane Duparc ("we," "us," "our"), a sole proprietorship based in the United States.
1. What We Do
AdFlow creates short-form video advertisements for professional service businesses. We produce branded video ads using your business information (firm name, phone number, logo, and location) and deliver them through personalized web pages hosted on adflow.co.
Our production process uses artificial intelligence tools, including AI-generated imagery, animation, and voiceover. The final output is shaped by human-designed templates and quality review, but AI is involved in asset creation.
From time to time, we may produce sample or demonstration video ads using publicly available business information (such as your firm name, phone number, and logo) to show you what AdFlow can do. These samples do not imply any endorsement, business relationship, or affiliation between your firm and AdFlow. If you receive a sample and do not wish us to retain it, let us know and we will remove it promptly.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business to these Terms. By placing an order, you represent that you have the right to use the business name, logo, and contact information you provide.
3. Orders and Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe. When you purchase a video ad pack, you agree to pay the price displayed at checkout. All prices are in US dollars.
- One-time payment: Ad packs are a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You will not be charged again unless you place a new order.
- Delivery timeline: We aim to deliver your completed video ads within 7 business days of payment. We'll communicate any delays.
- What you get: Each ad pack includes the number of video ads specified at checkout. Videos are delivered via a personalized page on adflow.co and are also downloadable.
4. Refund Policy
If we fail to deliver your video ads within 14 business days of payment, or if the delivered videos contain incorrect business information that we cannot correct, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@adflow.co. We'll process refunds within 10 business days.
Because video ads are produced specifically for your business, we generally cannot offer refunds for subjective dissatisfaction with creative style. However, we will work with you to make reasonable adjustments (correcting business details, re-generating a video) at no extra charge.
5. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of your business name, logo, and any materials you provide to us. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for producing and delivering your video ads.
For paying customers, we will only display your completed video ads in our portfolio or marketing materials with your prior permission. For free samples or demonstrations, we may use them in our marketing unless you ask us not to. To request removal, email hello@adflow.co.
6. Intellectual Property
The video templates, animations, voiceovers, scripts, and other creative elements produced by AdFlow remain our intellectual property. When you purchase an ad pack, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered video ads for your business's advertising purposes, including posting on social media, running paid ads, and displaying on your website.
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the video ads to third parties. You may not use our templates or production tools to create ads for other businesses.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Provide false or misleading business information
- Create ads for illegal services or products
- Infringe on the intellectual property of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we believe these terms are being violated.
8. Client Responsibility for Content Review and Compliance
AdFlow provides a video production service. We create video advertisements using the business information you provide or that is publicly available. You are solely responsible for reviewing all delivered video ads before use and for ensuring that your use of them complies with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and professional conduct rules, including but not limited to:
- State bar advertising and solicitation rules applicable to your jurisdiction
- Rules of professional conduct governing attorney communications
- Federal Trade Commission (FTC) advertising guidelines
- Any state or local advertising regulations
By accepting delivery of your video ads, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed the content of each video ad for accuracy and compliance;
- You are solely responsible for determining whether the video ads are suitable for use in your advertising;
- AdFlow does not provide legal advice, regulatory guidance, or compliance review, and nothing in the delivered videos should be construed as such;
- AdFlow has no obligation to monitor, research, or advise you on the advertising rules applicable to your practice, jurisdiction, or industry;
- Any decision to publish, distribute, or broadcast the video ads is made entirely at your own discretion and risk.
AdFlow expressly disclaims all liability for any claims, fines, penalties, disciplinary actions, or damages arising from your use, publication, or distribution of the delivered video ads, including but not limited to claims arising from alleged violations of attorney advertising rules, professional conduct rules, or any other regulatory requirements. You agree to indemnify and hold AdFlow harmless from any such claims.
While AdFlow may include standard disclaimers in video ads where appropriate (such as "This is a paid advertisement"), inclusion of such disclaimers does not constitute legal advice or a representation that the video ad complies with any particular rule or regulation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdFlow's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AdFlow harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Any videos already delivered to you remain yours to use under the license granted above.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California.
