Privacy Policy
Effective date: February 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how AdFlow ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use adflow.co and our video ad creation services (the "Service"). AdFlow is operated by Ylane Duparc, a sole proprietorship based in the United States.
We keep this policy straightforward. We collect the minimum information needed to produce and deliver your video ads, and we don't sell your data.
1. Information We Collect
Business information you provide
When you order video ads or we produce a sample for your firm, we collect:
- Business name and doing-business-as names
- Business phone number
- Business logo
- City, state, and practice area
- Contact name and business email address
This is business contact information, not personal consumer data. We use it to produce and deliver your video ads.
Information from publicly available sources
We may collect business contact information from publicly available sources — such as your firm's website, state bar directories, or business listings — for the purpose of producing sample video ads to demonstrate our services. This information is limited to what is already publicly accessible: firm name, phone number, logo, city, and state.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Automatically collected information
When you visit adflow.co or your delivery page, our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We do not currently use any third-party analytics tools, tracking pixels, or cookies for marketing purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
| Purpose | Data used |
|---|---|
| Produce your video ads | Business name, phone, logo, city, state |
| Deliver videos via your delivery page | Business name, video files, delivery page URL |
| Process payments | Payment info (via Stripe) |
| Communicate about your order | Contact name, email address |
| Send marketing emails (outreach) | Contact name, email address |
| Improve our service | Aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns |
3. Third-Party Services
We share business information with third-party services solely to operate AdFlow:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cloudinary — image and video hosting
- Creatomate — video rendering
- Vercel — website hosting
- Resend — transactional email
These services process only the minimum information needed for their function. For details on how each service handles data, refer to their respective privacy policies.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your business information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Marketing Emails
We may send you marketing emails about our services, including sample video ads we've created for your firm. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending marketing emails within 10 business days. Transactional emails about active orders (delivery notifications, order confirmations) are not affected by unsubscribe requests.
5. Data Retention
We retain your business information and delivered video ads for as long as needed to provide the Service and fulfill our obligations:
- Business contact information: Retained while you are an active customer or until you request deletion.
- Payment records: Retained as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years).
- Video ads and delivery pages: Retained indefinitely unless you request removal.
- Marketing contact lists: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Server logs: Automatically expire per our hosting provider's retention schedule.
If you request deletion of your data, we will remove your business information from our active systems within 30 days. Backups may retain data for up to 90 days before automatic expiration.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our infrastructure, and secure third-party providers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your information:
- Access: Request a copy of the business information we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion: Ask us to delete your information from our active systems.
- Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@adflow.co. We'll respond within 30 days.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the following rights:
- Right to know: You can request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the business purpose for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.

- Right to correct: You can request that we correct inaccurate personal information.

8. Children's Privacy
The Service is designed for businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
